Accessibility Policy

AlpacaLingua wants Students, parents, Teachers, and visitors to access the website, portal, lessons, materials, and support channels as comfortably as possible. AlpacaLingua is operated by UnixBox Corp, a New York corporation doing business as AlpacaLingua.
This policy explains our current goals, what we support today, what we do not yet guarantee, and how to report a problem.
1. Our Commitment
AlpacaLingua is working toward improving accessibility with reference to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. AlpacaLingua does not claim full WCAG conformance today. Accessibility improves over time as design and engineering practices mature.
2. Covered Areas
Accessibility work covers public pages, sign-up, sign-in, checkout, the Student portal, the Teacher portal, lesson materials, PDFs, support forms, and emails. Some areas improve gradually.
3. What Is Not Yet Guaranteed
Live captions during a lesson are not currently guaranteed. Specific accommodations are not guaranteed in every case. AlpacaLingua reviews accommodation requests case by case based on technical feasibility.
4. Accommodation Requests
You may contact support@alpacalingua.com to request reasonable help accessing lessons, materials, account features, billing, communication, or support. AlpacaLingua reviews requests and looks for practical ways to support access.
5. Third-Party Tools
Some video, payment, analytics, document, browser, device, or operating-system tools are not fully controlled by AlpacaLingua. Where possible, AlpacaLingua suggests alternatives or workarounds.
6. Reporting an Issue
Accessibility reports should include the affected page or feature, device, browser, assistive technology if relevant, screenshots when useful, and a short description of the problem and desired result.
7. Ongoing Improvement
AlpacaLingua reviews feedback, prioritizes fixes, updates materials, and improves design and engineering over time. This policy is updated as accessibility processes mature.
