1. Accessibility Goals
AlpacaLingua aims to improve readable layouts, keyboard access, clear forms, alt text where appropriate, sufficient color contrast, responsive design, predictable navigation, captions or alternatives where practical, and compatibility with common assistive technologies.
2. Covered Areas
Accessibility work may cover public pages, signup, login, checkout, student portal, teacher portal, lesson materials, PDFs, support forms, emails, and learning tools. Some areas may improve gradually as the platform grows.
3. Accommodation Requests
Users may contact support to request reasonable help accessing lessons, materials, account features, billing, communication, or support. AlpacaLingua will review requests and look for practical ways to support access.
4. Third-Party Tools
Some video, payment, analytics, document, browser, device, or operating system tools are not fully controlled by AlpacaLingua. When possible, AlpacaLingua may suggest alternatives or workarounds.
5. Reporting an Issue
Accessibility reports should include the affected page or feature, device, browser, assistive technology if relevant, screenshots when useful, and a short description of the problem and desired result.
6. Ongoing Improvement
AlpacaLingua may review feedback, prioritize fixes, update materials, and improve design and engineering practices over time. This policy may be updated as accessibility processes mature.
