AlpacaLingua is a language-learning platform that helps students learn through structured lessons, learning roadmaps, teacher support, homework, materials, progress tracking, scheduling, communication, and related learning tools.

AlpacaLingua may offer self-study tools, teacher-led learning, group classes, private lessons, and other educational services depending on the student's plan or account type.

To use certain parts of the platform, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

• provide accurate information;
• keep your login information secure;
• use only your own account;
• not share your account with other people;
• notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.

Students are responsible for attending lessons on time, completing assigned homework, communicating respectfully, and using the platform for learning purposes only.

Access to lessons, materials, homework, teacher feedback, and progress tracking may depend on the student's selected plan, teacher assignment, payment status, and platform availability.

Teachers are responsible for managing their lessons professionally, reviewing homework when applicable, updating student progress, and using the platform only for authorized teaching-related activities.

Teachers should not upload, share, or use materials that they do not have the right to use.

AlpacaLingua may provide original curriculum, lesson materials, homework, PDFs, worksheets, notes, exercises, and other educational content.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, all AlpacaLingua-created materials belong to AlpacaLingua and may not be copied, resold, publicly shared, redistributed, or used outside the platform without written permission.

Users may upload or share materials only if they have the legal right to do so.

Some services may require payment. Prices, billing cycles, included lessons, access rules, and subscription details will be shown before purchase or inside the student portal.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. AlpacaLingua does not store full card numbers unless specifically required and handled by an authorized payment provider.

If a subscription is available, it may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Cancellation, rescheduling, missed lesson, and refund rules may depend on the selected plan, teacher arrangement, or class type.

Unless stated otherwise:

• missed lessons may not be refundable;
• replacement lessons may be offered at AlpacaLingua's discretion;
• access to paid materials may stop when a plan is canceled or unpaid;
• refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or clearly stated in writing.

You agree not to:

• use the platform for illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity;
• harass teachers, students, admins, or support staff;
• upload harmful files, malware, spam, or misleading content;
• attempt to access another user's account or private data;
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform;
• share offensive, discriminatory, sexual, violent, or inappropriate content;
• use the platform in a way that damages AlpacaLingua or other users.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

The platform may include messages, support forms, lesson notes, teacher feedback, email notifications, and other communication tools.

By using AlpacaLingua, you agree that we may contact you about your account, lessons, payments, support requests, security, and platform updates.

We work to keep AlpacaLingua reliable, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

We may update, change, pause, or remove features as the platform evolves.

AlpacaLingua is designed to support language learning, but results depend on many factors, including attendance, effort, practice, lesson frequency, teacher feedback, and personal learning habits.

We do not guarantee a specific exam score, fluency level, job outcome, immigration result, school admission, or other specific result.

AlpacaLingua may use third-party services for hosting, authentication, storage, payments, analytics, email, video calls, or support.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, but we try to use reputable providers.

AlpacaLingua is not intended for children under 13 unless we have proper parental or guardian consent and any legally required safeguards.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information without proper consent, please contact us.

We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, creates risk for the platform, fails to pay required fees, abuses other users, or uses the service improperly.

You may stop using the platform at any time.

The AlpacaLingua name, logo, mascot, design, platform, software, curriculum, original materials, and related brand assets belong to AlpacaLingua or its owners.

You may not use our brand, materials, or platform content without permission except as allowed through your account.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AlpacaLingua is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or learning outcomes.

Our total liability for any claim related to the platform will be limited to the amount you paid to AlpacaLingua for the service involved in the claim, unless the law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms as the platform changes. If we make important changes, we may notify users through the website, portal, or email.

Continued use of AlpacaLingua after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
